Fit The New

The three supplied motor/gearbox assemblies are coupled to the existing jaw, film and infeed drive shafts.

The jaw motor is always supplied as a high torque servo-motor and is either coupled through a zero backlash planetary gearbox or a two stage HTD belt drive mechanism, the appropriate equipment being supplied as part of the kit.

For normal hand fed machines (typically up to 150 packs per minute) the film and infeed motors are asynchronous motor/gearbox/encoder assemblies. For very hIgh speed applications or machines integrated into automatic packing lines we supply servo motors throughout.

The top image shows a typical hand fed machine. It represents a very cost effective solution that uses many of the original sprockets. The lower image shows a high speed application using servo motors and low-noise HTD timing belts. It shows the simplicity of such an approach and represents the ultimate in performance and low maintenance.
